In 1963, Northfield Retirement Community combined its mission of on-going care for the elderly with the vision of Northfield area churches to create comfortable, warm and loving environments for seniors. The result was the decision to purchase 35 acres of land and build a facility that would carry this philosophy and action into the future – a dream fulfilled.
Northfield Retirement Community Foundation
Since then, NRC has developed and maintained this environment. Countless individuals and organizations have helped along the way. Part of this process was the creation of the Northfield Retirement Community Foundation. The Northfield Retirement Community Foundation supports the mission, programs and services of Northfield Retirement Community by raising monies through grants, appeals, campaigns, and individual gifts.
Whether you’re active as a volunteer, participate in our annual golf tournament, or include NRC in your will or legacy plan, you can make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
