When you begin working, you will receive both online training and in-person training to increase your knowledge and skills. Onsite team members assist with the training and are available to help you along the way so that you are prepared to start working.
Our unique mentorship program supports new employees as they navigate their first year of work. The ongoing pairing between an experienced team member and new employee allows for mentors to attend to the questions, concerns or difficulties that an employee may face during their early work experiences and to offer advice about how to succeed in their new role.
Annual training is provided to keep your knowledge and skills sharp. Each year, you will be given additional training to foster a continually learning atmosphere.
NRC offers certification opportunities to anyone, and registration fees may be waived for those that qualify and have an excellent work history. Contact us to learn more about available certifications.
Certified Nursing AssistantThis credential is required to work in a care center, and is a great step towards a career in the medical field.
CPR CertificationNRC is pleased to offer CPR certification opportunities to employees and the public.
NRC supports the continued education of its employees off site by providing tuition reimbursement (75% of the cost of books and tuition, up to $3,000 per fiscal year) to eligible employees for approved courses. In order to be eligible for tuition reimbursement, employees must work at least 16 hours per week and have been employed for six months.
