NAR Summer and Fall Classes
Northfield Retirement Community is offering summer and fall nursing assistant courses to prepare participants to successfully pass state exams and be placed on the registered nursing assistants (NARs) roster for the state of Minnesota. This hands-on experience prepares nursing assistants for future jobs in health care. Many schools accept this work experience as course credit.
Hands-on Learning
- Flexible, varying course lengths, lasting three weeks or six weeks
- Combines classroom and clinical components
- Minnesota Department of Health-approved curriculum taught by NRC’s award-winning care team
- Offers hands-on learning experiences
- Prepares participants for the State Nursing Assistant Registry exam
- Class fees are often covered or reimbursable
