Northfield Retirement Community Receives National Recognition for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction

Northfield Retirement Community (NRC) announced today that for the sixth year in a row, one of its living options has received the Excellence in Action award from My InnerView by National Research Corporation.

NRC’s ParkView West, an independent living community, made the list of the facilities honored for their commitment to superior customer and workforce satisfaction.

This is the first year that the award has been extended to include assisted and independent living communities. The award is determined by having overall customer service satisfaction levels within the top 10 percent of all qualifying organizations. Only 395 skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living organizations earned the customer award nationwide, and NRC is one of only 24 locations to receive the award in Minnesota.

Kyle Nordine, NRC president and CEO, said, “To receive the Excellence in Action award for the sixth time is an honor. Providing exceptional care for our residents, both in ParkView West and throughout NRC, is at the heart of NRC’s mission. We appreciate that My InnerView provides public recognition for those organizations that keep service at the forefront of their work.”

Susan L. Henricks, president and COO of National Research Corporation, remarked, “Every year, we are exceptionally honored to award these fine organizations for their excellent quality and care given toward their residents and employees. We are even more excited to extend this award across more facets of the long term care and senior living spectrum to include skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living organizations. Every day, these providers are making a difference in the lives of residents and employees to ensure they are receiving the utmost quality of care. We congratulate our clients for taking the proactive initiative to measure quality.”
