Care Center Receives Five-star Rating

NRC is proud to announce that the Best Nursing Homes 2014 list, a list published by U.S. News & World Report highlighting the top nursing homes in the United States, has once again awarded Northfield Care Center with a five-star rating, the top possible ranking.

U.S. News & World Report annually reviews meaningful data from nearly every nursing home in the country – over 16,000 – to build and maintain a searchable database designed to highlight the nation’s best care facilities.

A rating is awarded in each of three categories: state-conducted health inspections, nursing and physical therapy staffing, and quality measures. The ratings are combined to produce an overall rating of one to five stars.
