Kyle Nordine Earns Health Services Executive Designation

President and CEO of Northfield Retirement Community (NRC) Kyle Nordine has earned the designation of Health Services Executive (HSE). Offered by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB), this broad-based qualification allows the nation’s most talented administrators to practice along the continuum of health services.

In response to the challenging and changing landscape of the long-term care environment, the NAB initiated a forward-looking approach to how long-term care leaders are educated, trained and licensed to practice along the continuum of care. As a result, the HSE qualification was introduced for leaders in the health services and supports field. The HSE accomplishes many goals within the area of long-term care, including protecting the public by assuring highly trained HSEs and recognizing the evolution of care services.

“I’m honored to be recognized in this way,” said Nordine. “This designation is the culmination of more than three decades of experience and ongoing professional development. I’m very proud of the work we do at NRC, and this designation is evidence of our commitment to excellence in the services and care we provide to aging adults.”
