NRC Receives High Satisfaction Ratings on DHS Assisted Living Report Card
Northfield Retirement Community’s ParkView living options received high satisfaction ratings on the Minnesota Department of Human Services’ Assisted Living Report Card, an interactive tool used to help Minnesotans pick the best assisted living residence. The report card, which was launched and authorized in 2019, allows users to look up assisted living residences and compare ratings based on resident and family surveys.
NRC Ranks Above State Average
According to the report, NRC received higher satisfaction ratings compared to other assisted living facilities across the state and in surrounding communities on measures such as resident quality of life (83.1% compared to the 69.5% state average) and family satisfaction (87.8% compared to the 81% state average). Measures include domains such as food, choice and autonomy, safety and privacy, cost of care and more.
“We are committed to providing residents and their families peace of mind through living and care options that nurture them in mind, body and spirit,” says NRC President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Nielsen, LNHA, LALD. “We are proud to offer an environment that enhances residents’ quality of life and satisfies their families’ wishes.”
